Highland Telephone Cooperative (HTC) was formed in 1905 to provide local telephone service in Highland County. Over the years, HTC has grown to be more than a local service provider to the western portion of Highland County. In addition to local service, HTC offers long distance service and high speed broadband service to our entire service territory. HTC has managed to keep monthly service rates very reasonable yet offer the latest in telecommunications technology. Computer & network sales and service also available at HTC.
