Highland Telephone Cooperative (HTC) was formed in 1905 to provide local telephone service in Highland County. Over the years, HTC has grown to be more than a local service provider to the western portion of Highland County. In addition to local service, HTC offers long distance service and high speed broadband service to our entire service territory.
